Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using Australia Post.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before it is dispatched. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel through Australia Post.

Delivery times within Australia typically range from 2–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to delays within Australia Post.

We are not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed over to Australia Post, however we will always do our best to assist if any issues arise.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
